PWNSware LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the TallyCAT mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.

Information We Collect

TallyCAT is designed with privacy in mind. Your data stays on your device and in your private iCloud container.

  • Dog and Run Data: Information you enter about your dogs and their Fast CAT runs is stored locally on your device and, if enabled, synced to your private iCloud account.
  • Photos: Photos you attach to dogs or runs are stored locally and in your iCloud container. We do not access or transmit these photos.
  • Usage Data: We do not collect analytics, crash reports, or usage data. We do not use third-party analytics services.

iCloud Sync

If you enable iCloud, your data is synced using Apple's CloudKit framework to your private iCloud container. This data is encrypted by Apple and is not accessible to us. You can disable iCloud sync at any time in the app settings.

Third-Party Services

TallyCATconnects to AKC's publicly available data to verify run times and display leaderboard information. We do not send your personal data to AKC or any third party.

Subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. Apple handles all payment information; we do not have access to your payment details.

Data Retention

Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud container until you delete it. Deleting the app will remove local data. iCloud data can be managed through your device's iCloud settings.

Children's Privacy

TallyCAT is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the effective date.
